  Classification:

  The Bottle-nose Dolphin belongs to the Delphinidae family and is a 
 
   carnivorous mammal. It is also the most well-known dolphin. They have             

   smooth, sensitive skin that gently flakes off, and then it slowly grows 

   again.
   
     

  Description:     
  

  This amazing sea creature lives up to 20 - 40 years, and weighs up to 

  1100lbs. It moves in the water for at least 18 mph. The Bottlenose Dolphin  

  grows up to 10 - 14 feet. Their tail fins are called ‘flukes’, so the dolphins 

  move their tails up and down, and their flukes and tail help them swim 

  through the sea. They have 2 pectoral front flippers that help them turn and stop whilst 

 in the water. Their smooth skin simply helps them glide through the water and they have


 a dorsal fin on their backs for balance. The Bottlenose Dolphin uses its blowhole to  

 breath and their many teeth are for catching fish and other food. They have pointed

 noses and flippers to help them push through the sea. These astounding sea creatures are 

 seen within 20 miles. Their scientific name is Tursiops Truncatus.



Location:


 Bottlenose Dolphins are usually found in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. They 

 are also indo-pacific.



Dynamics [diet]: 


This wonderful sea creature's diet usually consists of a wide variety of food, including fish, squid

and crustaceans. They don't use their teeth to chew, because they swallow their meal whole

and head first to avoid sharp spines on of their diet.




Dynamics [what they do]

The Bottlenose Dolphin lives and find food in large groups called pods. They use their tail to move

up and down in the water. Tuna fish swim with the dolphins, since they both eat the same prey. The

tuna are usually underneath the Bottlenose Dolphin, so when a shark approaches, they swim away.

 This warns the dolphins to swim away, too. In return, they

Classification
The bull shark is a massive fish.The bull shark can grow up to 11.5 feet long. Bull sharkslive in saltwater and freshwater. Bull sharks also harm humans and the bull shark belongs to the carcharhinidae family.

Description
Bull sharks have long scales on the side. Bull sharks have razor sharp teeth to rip their prey. This sea creature has grey on the top and white on the bottom. They also have a small second dorsal fin to balance and they have small eyes. They can have any colour eyes.This creature can grow up to 7m
long.

Location
Bull sharks live in saltwater and freshwater. Bull Sharks also live around Africa,Australia,America and Mexico.

Dynamics
This creature eats sting rays ,fish (any) and crabs.This shark catches its prey by first getting speed by using its powerful tail.Then it uses its razor sharp teeth to catch it and rip it apart. Bull sharks spend most of there time searching for food.  

Conclusion
Bull sharks live in salt water and fresh water and the bull shark is a massive fish.

GOBLIN SHARKS

CLASSIFICATION 
The Goblin Shark belongs to the mitsukurinidae family.The Goblin Shark is a carnivore.A Goblin Shark is also called a MITSUKURINA OWSTONI or a ELFIN SHARK.

DESCRIPTION The GOBLIN SHARK can grow up to 11 feet long and 33.5 m long.This sea creature has a pointed snout and it has a unique shape.Did you know that the GOBLIN SHARKS usal colour is pink. 

LOCATION The GOBLIN SHARK is found in deep sea waters.They are also found in japan.They also live in the bottom of the oecan.

DYNAMICS - WHAT IT DOES The GOBLIN SHARK moves around by using its tail.It also uses its fin to move around.The spend there time catching food.

DYNAMICS - WHAT IT EATS The goblin shark eats squid and crustacean in some areas.They also eat cray fish and other types of fish.The GOBLIN SHARK catches its food by using its razor sharp teeth.

DYNAMICS - LIFE CYCLE They first have there eggs in a cave.Then they have hatchlings.After that they have babies.Then they grow bigger and then they become a big shark.Then a adult. CONCLOTION The GOBLIN SHARK can grow up to 11 feet long and 33.5m long.This sea creature uses it's razor sharp teeth for catching it's food.

Dolphins are mammals. 

Description 

Dolphins have a tail with two fins on it. This mammal has over 100 sharp teeth.

Location

Most of Dolphins live in the salty ocean but a few live in fresh water or rivers.

Dynamics

They use their  teeth to catch fish or squid . They can eat up to 30 pounds of foods each day.  Dolphins breathe through a blowhole top of their head. They can dive deep up to 260m below 10 meters out of the water. They need to breathe air from surface but they can stay under water for 15 minutes.

The Humboldt Squid

CLASSIFICATION

The Humboldt squid  is a carnivore .It eats fish.It is also could a Jumbo squid.It belongs to the squid family.It is a strong squid and it is also a fast squid.

DESCRIPTION
Some Humboldt squids can grow up to 7 feet long and weigh up to 100 pounds and they also have the ability to change colour {red,purple and white.}They have sharp teeth and they have a beak under their tentacles. They have 2 eyes on each side of their head and also 2 flippers on their head.

Location
Humboldt Squid live in the East Pacific Ocean and Coastal California, Alaska and Washington. They live 2300 feet down in the deep sea.

Dynamics - what it does
The Humboldt Squid catches it prey at night and it also comes up at night. This creatures tries to get away from whales. Its flippers help it to move around the water. It's ink helps it hide. The Humboldt squid  changes directions in seconds and it rips its prey apart.

Diet - The Humboldt squid can eat 1,200 fish in shoals, krill, types of small fish, other Humboldt Squid, flatfish, rockfish and salmon.

Lifecycle
This fish changes colour to attract mates and it lays its egg in a safe place and it live for one year.

Conclusion 
Humboldt squids are amazing creatures. Humboldt squids and can eat 1,200 fish in shoals {schools.}

Classification
Starfish are carnivores and they are part of the echinodermate family.Did you know this creature can have more than 10 legs.It is a echinodermate.

Description
Starfish can be 5 inches or more.They have camouflage colours. This creature is star shaped and can have more than 10 legs. Starfish use there tube feet to move around. They can look like rocks to hide from predators. This sea creature camouflages when it is near a predator. They have sharp spines.It clings onto rocks and sucks up food.

Location
Starfish can live anywhere in the water. This creature has been around for 450 million years. starfish live in shallow water or rock pools.

Diet
Starfish pull out their stomaches and suck their prey into their stomach and digest it.It eats crustacean ,injured fish,snails and sand dollars.

Life cycle
Starfish have been around for over 450 millIon years.this sea creature can live up to 35 years.They pass through two development stages before they go onto the ocean floor.

Conclusion 

Starfish are amazing sea creatures and they can have awesome colours. This creature can grow very big.

Humbolt squids

Classification

Humbolt squids are fish and are part of the squid family. It is also known as the Jumbo squid and is very fast and strong.

Description
Humbolt squids are seven feet long and are one hundred pounds.This strange squid can change color to red and purple.It has ten tentacles with powerful suckers.Under its body there is a sharp beak and teeth that rips prey apart.Its two big eyes the size of footballs dart around searching for food.The two flippers on front of its pointy head make it glide through the water.


Location
Humbolt squids live in the Humbolt current that travels a long way.The Humbolt current is in East
Pacific Ocean and Coustal California.The Humbolt squid also lives in Alaska,Oregon and Washington.They are found 2,300 feet down.


What it does

Humbolt squids come up at night to catch prey.But theres only one predator for them and that is
Whales.Only sometimes Humboldt squids win a fight with Giant Sperm Whales.The Humboldt squid has two flippers on top of its head to make it swim smoothly through the water.This creature has an ink sac which squirts ink at predators to make it not see the Humbolt squid
swim away.This squid can change direction in seconds
in every direction.The sharp beak rips prey apart and
swallows the fish. 
Diet
The Humbolt squid eats shoals of fish with up to 1,200
fish.It eats krill,Tapeworms,nematotes,flatfish,rockfish,
hake and Salmon.It also eats other Humbolt squid.
The Humbolt squid grabs fish from shoals and snaps them
up in its beak. 


Life cycle
Humbolt squids only live for one year.They have special
cells that make them change color to atract a mate.Once
it atracts a mate it lays eggs somewhere safe.When the 
female finds somewhere safe the male will find food for 
their tiny babies.


Conclusion
Humbolt squids ar fasinating creatures.They have some of
the biggest eyes in the world.
